Products which are personalised, made to order, or customised are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
Before ordering a personalised item, please ensure that you have fully familiarised yourself with the product you are ordering. If you have any questions do feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist in your decision.
Please check that your personalisation is correct at the time of ordering; we may be unable to amend the personalisation once your order has been placed.
We work hard to ensure your product is perfect upon despatch and is carefully packaged, so it arrives in the condition it left us. In the unusual event that your order does arrive faulty or damaged in transit, please inform us by email at bespoke[at]netalternative.co.uk within three days of receipt. We will then work to resolve this for you promptly.
