PERSONALISATION

After attentively hand-shaping, finishing, and waxing your memory box, we add that personal touch by mechanically carving your chosen text into the wooden lid.

Make it unique and memorable by adding a first name and surname (up to 20 characters for each) or the happy couple’s names and a date. Under the line, you’re free to be creative and have any text in the script font you desire (up to 20 characters), or no text at all.

Choose to have the engraved carving, either:

• Plain, so the natural wood colour shows through
• Whitened (by hand with acrylics) to standout more
• Blackened (by hand with ink) for a really strong identity

Please note that your text can include A-Z, 0-9 and regular punctuation, but we cannot reproduce emoticons, graphics or special symbols.

DESCRIPTION

This engraved memory box is the embodiment of utilitarian chic. It’s made from quality birch plywood and features a hinged lid and a reliable brass clasp.

Offers ample space to treasure a lifetime’s worth of memories.

• External dimensions: 34.5cm x 20cm x 10cm
• Approx. internal dimensions: 32.5cm x 18cm x 9cm deep

What sets this wooden case apart is its rugged, lived-in charm. We skilfully “antique” each by hand, creating the contours and imperfections that tell a story.

Your wood box will feature age-like wear, patches and marks. That’s what makes each personalised wooden memory box a unique work of artisan craft! Variation in wood colours and grains also add to the distinctiveness of each keepsake box.

UPGRADES

Say even more on your treasure chest by adding a personal missive to the underside. This is engraved in a smaller font size and is a great place to remind the recipient who gave them this fabulous gift or why. Simply enter “optional text for the underside of box”. There is a small additional charge for this service.

Make your personalised memory box more luxurious by adding a hand-fitted felt lining pad in a colour of your choice inside the base of the box. There’s an additional charge for this upgrade.
