The perfect way to deliver any heartfelt message – not just romantic ones!

Customers use our charming Bear Mail to deliver a “good luck” to their granddaughter, or “will you be my bridesmade” to a bestie, or “I miss you so much” to mum. Plus, there’s plenty of happy birthday messages or congratulations!

Your message is engraved into a safe, smooth plywood tag and can be up to 90 characters (including spaces) long. Please include text and grammar only, because we cannot engrave emojis or extended graphical characters (eg hearts).

Please check your personalisation is correct before submitting your order. Because, we must work fast to get your bear in the mail, there is rarely the opportunity to make corrections later. And, we don’t proofread or spellcheck messages.

Our 16cm (seated) custom-made CE-approved plush bear is produced from 100% manmade fibres. He wears a gingham check neck tie, with the plywood tag attached using a 2cm nickel-plated steel split ring.

The wooden label or tag is approx 10.5 cm long and 5cm wide.

His mailing sack is 30 x 22cm and made from cotton with synthetic fibres and has a drawstring opening. It’s block-printed by hand with the “Bear Mail” logo on the front.

Both the bear and tag meet the toughest UK/ EU toy safety standards, however, we do not recommended giving this gift for children under 36 months. Please hand wash only.

To add to the joy of surprise, we mail your Bear Mail teddy inside an anonymous plain brown carton. When your recipient opens this unassuming box, they will find only the Bear Mail sack inside – no paperwork at all. They’ll probably be wondering what on earth this can be?! Imagine their surprise when then open the sack and find your bear inside! And, their joy when they read his tag.
